What to include
- Your name and a reliable way to contact you.
- A description of the work or right you believe is affected.
- The exact Quokkanut URL or published item involved.
- An explanation of your relationship to the right or authorization to act.
- The action you are requesting and any relevant supporting information.
- A good-faith statement that the information supplied is accurate.
Review process
Quokkanut should acknowledge complete notices, preserve relevant records, assess the issue fairly and take proportionate interim or final action. Sending a notice does not guarantee a particular outcome.
False or incomplete notices
Do not knowingly submit false claims. Incomplete information may delay review. The final procedure should be adapted to any notice-and-takedown rules that legally apply to the production entity and its hosting or publishing providers.

Quokkanut names, logos and property identities are proprietary brand assets. Their appearance on this site does not grant a license for unrelated commercial use or imply endorsement.
